How Far Ahead Should I Book My Date?

Most couples will book the date for the cake as soon as they have the wedding date booked. This means they know that my time is secured and blocked into the diary.

How Do I Place An Order?

Complete the Contact Form and I will send out an estimate and if required set up an initial consultation to gather more information from you. You can also send an email to vanillaspicecakestudio@gmail.com.
Please provide as much information as possible in the email including the date of the event, number of guests etc.

How Much Are Your Cakes?

All my cakes are bespoke so there is no set cost. On initial contact you will receive an estimated costing. Once the full consultation is carried out, detailed design drawings and quotes will be sent.

How Do I Pay For My Cake and Secure My Date?

To secure your date a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required and then once all designs have been finalised,
full payment for the cake will be expected 8 weeks before the wedding.

Do You Supply Cake Samples?

Cake samples can be provided either before or after you have secured your date. If you would like to receive the sample box prior to confirming the date then there is a charge of £25 per box. If you have secured your date then the sample box will be provided free of charge.
Each box contains 5 individually wrapped samples in a variety of flavours.

Do You Deliver?

All my wedding cakes are delivered and set-up at the venue by myself. I liaise directly with the venue coordinator to ensure that the cake delivered safely and set up on time.
